Sony A7sIII

The Sony A7S III is a full-frame mirrorless body built for high-sensitivity acquisition and low-noise performance. It features a 12.1 MP back-illuminated sensor, optimized for superior dynamic range and clean output in low-light environments. The camera records internally in 4K up to 120 fps, with full-pixel readout and minimal rolling shutter.

It supports 10-bit 4:2:2 recording, All-Intra and Long-GOP codecs, and offers S-Log3 and S-Cinetone profiles for extended grading latitude. The A7S III’s dual native gain architecture maintains image integrity across ISO ranges. Its advanced heat-dissipation system allows sustained high-frame-rate recording without thermal shutdowns.

The autofocus system includes 759 phase-detection points with reliable subject tracking in both video and stills. For media, it uses CFexpress Type-A and SD UHS-II cards via dual slots.

This body is suitable as a compact A-cam or B-cam for full-frame workflows, especially where low-light performance, high frame rates, or lightweight rigs are required.
